The Three S’s for Body Friendly Chocolate Eating

Happy Almost Valentine’s Day!


In my old days of dieting and deprivation, I never allowed myself to truly enjoy chocolate. I considered it a “forbidden food” and tried my best to use willpower to stay away from it. I could never hold back for long. When I broke my diet, I would go on a wild bingeing rampage.


I wish I would have learned healthy ways to include chocolate in my life earlier. It would have saved me lots and lots of guilt and self-hatred.
