Wellness Walks in the Woods

Do you feel stressed, tired, or overwhelmed? Are you in need of self-care and some quiet time? Please join me for some quiet, reflective time in nature.

 

On these wellness walks we will learn self-care strategies to relieve stress, connect with nature, and feel better in our bodies. The walk will be at a slow pace so we can fully experience the healing power of nature.

 

These events are free :) Feel free to come to one walk or join me for all of them.

 

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water.
