The Magic of Mindful Eating

In this fast paced world filled with distractions many of us have picked up some very unhealthy eating habits. One of the best skills we can learn to help improve our relationship with food is how to eat mindfully.

 

Join me to learn how mindful eating can help you reach a healthy weight, improve your digestion, and help you learn to listen to your body.

 

We will practice mindful eating strategies with some healthy, light foods. The cost of program is $10. Hope to see you there!

Wellness Walks in the Woods

Do you feel stressed, tired, or overwhelmed? Are you in need of self-care and some quiet time? Please join me for some quiet, reflective time in nature.

 

On these wellness walks we will learn self-care strategies to relieve stress, connect with nature, and feel better in our bodies. The walk will be at a slow pace so we can fully experience the healing power of nature.

 

These events are free :) Feel free to come to one walk or join me for all of them.

 

Please wear comfortable walking shoes and bring water.
