Fall Mini-Retreat

Women’s Fall Mini Retreat

Please join me for a very special evening as we welcome the transition to Autumn. This mini retreat will feed your body and spirit. You will walk away feeling renewed and inspired to improve your health and well being.

During the Mini Retreat we will:

* Learn about and sample healthy seasonal foods. You will go home with simple recipes to share with your family.

* Practice mindfulness rituals to help you feel energized and grounded.  Learn how you can implement these simple rituals into your everyday life.

* Go on a short meditative hike.

What past participants have experienced:

“Since your Rawsome Summer Solstice Celebration this past June, I have been mindful with what I have been feeding my body, increased my physical activity, and I’m aware of the need to remain stress-free and/or find ways to cope with daily stress. I have been juicing frequently and got a smoothie blender (used your suggestions from your video and tried some Kale smoothies – yumm)! I’m seeing such a difference in my energy level and my mood!!! You have made me realize that I can enjoy sweets and I do indeed have good choices that I can make. So once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart!”
